How much does it cost to have someone manage my PPC efforts?

Prices vary according to spend, number of keywords, how active you want it done as far as testing and improving, number and types of reports.

If you are spending a high enough amount you should have an AdRep who can help with a lot of it...also your tracking software wants to be decent enough to show you what needs to be addressed.
