I did a search for credit repair and found bunch of sites like below. Does anyone know if sites like below are allowed to put adsense on it? I am also planning to do something like this but I thouht this might be ilegal as there is no content for the user.

looks to me as if the site was made specifically for adsense, that in itself is in violation of the ToS.

Not only Adsense violation, but should be dropped from search engines for duplication sites.

I'm surprised that this site hasn't been banned yet. The only contents is on the homepage and all the other pages were a clear violation of google with no content at all.

If you are planning to put a site together it's not too difficult to add some quality content. When a website is professional and has quality information it will generate repeat visitors too.
