Default Are Adsense sites with RSS feed legval?

Can I post Adsense on sites, where I have RSS feed from Google News. As an example: see
http://www.mueblesmexicanos.info/

or the sites which are sold at http://www.talkadsense.com/

Can my Adsense account be suspended on that?

Thanks for your help.

This is a tough one to answer- you probably need a lawyer to do so, not that it would help you if you turned out to be wrong... are you going to sue Google?

But here's what I can see from their program policies here:
https://www.google.com/adsense/policies

1. Google has said nothing in connection with adsense specifically about pages that are primarily RSS content

2. But they do say "No Google ad may be placed on pages published specifically for the purpose of showing ads, whether or not the page content is relevant."

Now what your purpose was is a judgment call, and guess who's going to make the judgment that matters? Yep, Google. So as always with them, error on the side of caution.

We know in the affiliate marketing world that Google seeks and destroys what they call "thin affiliates"- sites that only exist to refer to affiliates, no substantial content of their own.

So ask yourself this- if I weren't going to have AdSense on these pages, would I still provide them to people? That'll help you see what your main motive is. If the answer is no, then remove them, or add content.

Again, Google hasn't said anything specifically, but I'd guess a page needs to be at least 50% original content... that's taking into account all the navigational menus etc. that go on a page, plus your RSS and AdSense.

Maybe that model would work better for you, and you wouldn't have to worry about Google sanctions.
