Banned adsense account, banned websites?

Last year I got banned (most unfairly) by google from participating in the adsense program. Now i'm letting a business partner use his account on my websites and i have to give a big share of the earnings.

I was using adsense on several sites then. Now i'm thinking of using this adsense account on those sites i used my adsense account before. But is this allowed? Can websites that used adsense accounts that got banned be used again under a different account?

If you truly are an innocent victim and can't reach anyone at Google to rectify the situation, it doesn't seem like a smart move to me to associate that acct with those sites

And for those that did screw up, there should be a
'Google Forgiveness'
but of course it will be in beta
:-)

I know you can fix a site if you did blackhat SEO and got banned and then reapply- can't you contact them about your original adsense acct?

good for you u still can use google adsense, but for me no more :( i dont know why.....
