Any FREE up-to-date lists available for Adsense top paying keywords?

I don't have a list, but from past experience, financial ads pay very well. This is especially true in the case of the mortgage industry. Anything highly competitive will pull in some good cost per click dollars.

Top paying keywords are top paying because of the competition for them.

Even if you build a site for top paying keywords, how do you plan on getting the much needed organic traffic to the site?

You should make a site on mesothelioma, asbestos or web hosting... Just don't hold your breath waiting for your first visitor...

Sorry to be blunt but I think it is a big misconception being portrayed to adsense new comers.

Unless you use some paytosurf program or fake the clicks those kind of sites won't make you much money at all (if any).

Focus instead on niche markets. You will make your money through volume of visitors not cost per click.
