Default Billing: Is Google ScrewOodling Me?

Would someone check their Adwords account and tell me if I'm being double-billed for overlapping delivery periods? I've contacted Google but have not heard back yet. If so, Google owes me a TON of money for overlapped charges.

Example:

Dec. 10th Invoice:

Campaign #1 Dec. 1 - Dec. 10
Campaign #5 Dec. 1 - Dec. 10
Campaign #6 Dec. 1 - Dec. 10

Jan. 9th Invoice:

Campaign #1 Dec. 1 - Dec. 31
Campaign #5 Dec. 1 - Dec. 31
Campaign #6 Dec. 1 - Dec. 31

22 months ago and I quit comparing after I found 8 months of overlapping charges. Anyone see this in their Adwords account?

I just started with adwords on the 29th of Dec. I just checked but I haven't been billed yet...please keep this thread going I'm sure theres tons of others out there that wouldn't have thought twice about just paying the bill... the way I see it Google is like the online mafia aren't they? lol;-)
I mean if you argue over the bill they could just bump you ...o0 out of your current position :)) Lets hope not...Good Luck and really want to know what happens when you hear back from them;) L8 M8's

I have seen this on my bill as well. There responce didn't make any sense to me. I'm doing a test this month by only using $5 a day for the entire month. My total for the month should be $150. If it is more than this then I'm getting screwed and can I say Class Action?

I checked my account, but its so hard to tell. I do have the same overlaping dates, but it doesn't seem to match up with the amount of actual clicks. Either way, they should make this a little easier to understand. I know they make enough $$$ to pay someone to make it easier!

Default bad paper work - correct figures

OK I have checked and yes the dates on adword invoices overlap, but its crappy invoice explaination not overcharging as the clicks and cost work out correct.

Jan Invoice said -
Clicks Received 1 Jan - 18 Jan = 263 = £29.09
Feb Invoice said -
Clicks Received 1 Jan - 31 Jan = 183 = £19.63

So it looks like you pay twice for Jan 1-18. What the Feb invoice should say is Jan 19-31. Checking my click reports I get the following

Clicks Jan 1 - 18 = 267
Clicks Jan 19 - 31 = 179

The figures are within 4 of the invoice figures and the total clicks on both report and invoice for ALL January match at 446.

I'm guessing they use the 'all month' dates on the second invoice to cover any clicks or charges they may have missed previously and to cover themselves with timezones.

I have had similar results calculating the one bill I spent the time to check out. At the time I had written Google Adwords support and received a e-mail response which attempted to reassure me that I was not being double charged. Google’s message was convoluted at best, but the bill mathed out that month.

Maybe they will be able to buy a good, clear invoicing software program with IPO money.
