Dynamic Destination URL

I know this can be done, but searched for awhile online and couldn't find any tutorials.

I basically want to add the keywords searched for as a query string in my destination url. If some searches for 'kids toys', then my desitnation url would be :
mysite.com/index.php?keywords=kids+toys

Is this possible?
