Adsense adverts problem...thanks for your help

I have a web directory and I invite web masters to submit a reivew about their website. Therefore my content is the submitted review of the web master. I have three units of adsense

1 leather board at the top
1 skyscraper on the right
and 1 standard after the content.

I am noticing that over and over again I am getting the same adverts. The adverts are not related to the content that I have on that page. I asked in one of the forums about this problem and they told me that this problem happens where there are not adverts about the topic. But I am sure that there are adverts about hosting other famous topics but for my website these kind of adverts are not appearing. What am I doing wrong? What could be my problem? Low content? I have tweaked a bit the page and made the title relevant to the topic but the problem persisted.

btw my ads has a default re direct, which means that if no ads are avaiable in google ad sesne they go to another adverts network. So if you dont see the sky scraper or the standard or leather board than it means that adsense has no adverts for me :(

you may have a problem because your website uses pop-ups ads.
