We again started the campaign, after 10 days. but my campaigns are not delivering as it use to deliver previously. Also wanted to know whether the CTR etc are effected because we have paused the campaign for 10 days. [/i]

From what I remember, G uses the past 7 days to figure CTR for bidding purposes. Starting fresh it seems (if I'm remembering correctly.)
