I am curious with one of my channel which has good CTR but low CPM, without delay in google's adsense channel stat, I found that channel had several click but no earning at all (has CTR but zero CPM), is anyone here experienced the same problem?

that generally means that a public service ad was clicked on and thereby you do not earn anything for it.

I don't think it's from public service ads, I never see public service ads on that channel, also it's very strange channel, while my others channel gain 1-3% CTR, this channel gain 7-12% CTR consistently, but the CPM always low, that I found several click has no earning at all.

someone might just have clicked a number of times on the same ad in a 24 hour period, in which case you will only get paid once, as refered to above.

It can depend on what regional settings you have for that setting. It is possible that someone in a country that doesn't fit your profile isn't getting the same ads displayed as you and could have local PS ads instead.
