ADAM Web Design RepRank 1
Default Revenue per 1000 page views

Hi everyone,

I've got an idea for an advertiser-supported website geared specifically to this (the web design) industry that I believe, due to the uniqueness of it, will generate a significant amount of traffic.

The question is...will it be worth my while to do so?

Basically, it seems that my best shot on the surface would be a CPM/CPC ad sales campaign, and the best "subshot" would be Google AdWords on my site.

Since I've never used Google AdWords before and therefore know nothing about them, I figured I'd ask the newbie question.

The question that I have is, how much do these ad campaigns pay per 1000 visitors, and does the price go up if the pages of the site are targeted to a specific industry and/or region (e.g. would subpages of my site devoted to Canada generate a higher revenue per clickthrough?)

Thanks.
