So I take a look at site http://www.find-cheap-plane-tickets....avel-links.htm
and notice that there is a column titled
Ads by Google with my banner in it???

Is it fair to say that this dite is just waiting for a return link before burying me on a links page categorized by links page #

I think they are pulling search results from a few places... you may get rotated but if you are going to advertise with them you should do it as a PPC in which case you limit your exposure and can monitor the results for cost effectiveness.
