Default Adsense for adult content sites...

Hey there forum readers,

I've developed a section of my personal site over the last couple of years that contains adult-type material (http://www.brianzajac.com/fantasy_fests.cfm). It's not too bad of adult material (party-like atmosphere with nudity), but too risque for google's adsense program. I've also done some searching on this forum but couldn't find any resources on other PPC 'adsense-type' advertising I could use.

So, what other, legitimate PPC advertising companies are out there that allow for adult content such as this?

Thanks!

This really isn't my forte, and for fear of having to explain to my lovely wife that "I was just helping a forum friend" when she walks into the office to find me "working" on surfing adult sites, I didn't get too gung-ho on searching, but you might take a glance at such options as are presented at: (add a www first)

webmastervault.com/traffic.shtml

NOTE that the above page may have materials on it some people would consider offensive, so fairly warned...

Thanks for the link Chiron. However, are there any other types of services out there that will allow MY adult content besides sex/gambling sites? For example, someone could sell costumes through my site or allow local Key West advertising (it's where this event is held).

Not sure, I have a million things going on all the time, and I have not quite gotten this one to the point of resolution... but I have had similar difficulties with a very bland firearms site - built on behalf of a customer like any other, and thus I went to go do some link exchanging and see if there were any awards worth going after, thought to get some PPC going, blah blah - and like you're experiencing, thwap, it really sucked to get tossed into the "freaks-n-fetishes" category when what you're peddling is about half as offensive as a typical night of cable TV.

I'd see in your case if you can't find similar-idea advertisers and solicit them to use your site as a good match. It's a lot more work, but it can also make you a good deal more cash if you find the right market base?

Ok, the good thing is that I'm getting really good traffic - usually over 1000 people visit my site a day. So, I'd like to go ahead and put up a free statistics program for people to see. BUT, I only want them to see restricted data like visitors, page views, ect. I DON'T want them to see things like referrers and other information that could potentially bring competition. Then, advertisers can contact me for advertising seeing these real-time (or a day-delayed) statistics.

So, can you recommend a good statistics program that anyone can access restricted statistical data?

Thanks!
