Default How To Question: Frame or no Frame?

I need some clarification, Im building a site which is simply a table, the problem Im having is which google adsense html I should put in a row. Would the row be considered a frame? Should I have checked that box? Any help would be appreciated. I hope I put this in the right forum, sorry if I didnt.

<tables>, <tr>, <td>'s in your html are not associated with frames, so you do not have to check that box.

I checked your site's source and it is not written using frames.
