Campaign Tracking: ASP Analytics or Log File Analytics?

For those of you using analytics to track your online campaigns (Google AdWords, Overture, FindWhat, etc.), which tools are you using and why?

Are you using the tools for just basic analytics, or are you using the tools to track your conversions and ROI from your PPC campaigns?

I'm looking to get competitive analysis for my lamp site chispalamps.com
