I was here sometime ago looking forsome feedback on my website. I just added Adsense to my Geocities site and wanted to get some opinions on how to maximise traffic to it. Yes, I already know that i need a domain name, hosting etc.

What could I do to boost traffic levels?

There are 100's of Traffic Exchanges. You view other people's websites and in return they view yours. You can get 1000's of hits a week if you want.

These are all free. And a GREAT way to promote your web site or product.

I've always had better luck with the wide skyscraper format. I have not really seen a difference as to where they are on the right of left sides, but some people have remarked that they get better with a left side placement. You can always create channels and figure out what works best for your visitors. More targeted content would help too.

One way to get more traffic to your site is to write and publish articles.

Then submit the articles to article directories.

I use many articles from others on my blog and the authors of these articles are getting good traffic that way.

i ddi not see any google ads on your site. i did see a solib white block - unless google is displaying a service ad and you have chosent o have a blank ad shown - i do not see naything on your site.
