I've just started to use Google Ads for affiliate purposes and have found that Google ban certain search terms like 'Lloyds' or any misspellings of the banks name.
Apparently certain companies ask Google not to allow bidding on their keywords. Do you think it would be worth creating a master list of these banned phrases as a sticky? Does one exist already somewhere? Your opinions, advice and thoughts please. BTC

If you would really like to copile such a list, then go ahead. I have often taken a project on with little or no reason. However, what purpose would it serve? Surely, if someone wanted to use a banned keyword Google would just tell them and not include it?

BTC,
Feel free to go for it. If we can get a big enough list then we can have it as a sticky. BTW does anyone know if the banned words are just regional or would something like Lloyds be banned if you were just doing it for Serbo-Croat? Carju1 - Moderator
