Keywords Disapproved -Google Adwords

Ok. I have a question for all you folks. I just recently created a new campaign and 3 keywords came back at NOT APPROVED. What are the rules on this? Is there a list of NON APPROVED keywords?

Anybody else run into this?

The keyword in question is "qurb"

The rules say something like ... the keywords must relate to your site - does that word relate to your site?

Is the word a trademark owned by someone else. Given what is happening in French court case, Google may be cautious.

Thanks you got it right ... Trademark issue. It does relate to the site but it's a competitor's name.

Google finally sent me an email notifying of the issue.

Whats interesting is that some keywords that you think would be definately a trademark violation are not. Weird.. I guess if the company complains to google that is their ruler at this point.
