Interested in Vouchers + Questions

1. I want to make sure I can use Vouchers. Can someone explain this in detail? What exactly to do and not to do.

2. Why should I buy Vouchers and not sign up for example for a Web Hosting and get free credits? What's the difference?

3. What do you have to offer? If everything works good, I can buy many of those.
