One Net Technology Limited: Tips on how to blend ads into content

I have been less than successful with my Adsense campaign, and the suggestion of blending in the ads with the content was made. I agree with that, but am not sure what other things I can be doing to accomplish this goal. Currently I have the Ad backgound the same as the background on the page, the font text color is black which is the same as my content text.

I'll admit that to me it still doesn't really blend in, but at the same time I'm unsure how to accomplish this goal. Might you be willing to take a look at a few pages on my site and provide some suggestions? Here's a good starting point where there is content (on the bottom of the page there's a "Next Page" link:
