Pausing Search Network

Hi,
I am presently working on a PPC Campaign wherein the number of conversions at Google Content Network are 10 times higher than the number of conversions at Google Search Network.

Now, I am planning to Pause Search Network and try and see how the campaign performs only at Content Network.

Doing that way, will I lose visibility and traffic to the site ?
While the average positions for all the ad groups at Content Network is around 2 or 3, it is around 5 or 6 at Search Network.

Please advise.

Running only content network and no search? getting more conversion from there than search? I have never heard that before, what are you selling?
