Default Strict Ads that randomly generate unrelated clicks

We barely do any adwords CPC at this stage but we've noticed some weird behavior usually at very odd hours when most would not be watching.

Let's say we've run a strict campaign for only the term "yellow bird" as an example. 99.9% of the time we'll get just clicks for yellow bird, but there are also totally random clicks for things like "I like birds" which seems to be counterintuitive. Is there anything we can do to prevent these costly, totally irrelevant clicks?

I have never tried Google Adwards. I know that the Canadian meta search enigine, Mamma, has what is called

hard mapping of keywords

that means exact map. I do not know whether Google has this option, since as explained I do not have an AdWords account.

Just wanted to clarify what you mean by a "strict campaign". We'll use the same example keyword: yellow bird.

Do you mean you're using the phrase match operators? "yellow bird"

Or are you using the exact match operators? [yellow bird]

If you're allowing phrase matching in your campaign perhaps Google is taking into account the users previous searches. This has been talked about recently. Check the following:
