Re: My ads positions are not appearing in adwords panel
Even if your AdWords ads were not being displayed, the Control Panel will still show both their Status and Average Postition for the time period selected. If any data is absent from the Control Panel, such is owing to a problem at Google's end.
I myself have seen similar problems sporadically appear & disappear.
If the problem persists, you should contact Google support to get it rectified.

Re: My ads positions are not appearing in adwords panel
Subhzash,
It could be that your are running several keywords where at least 2 of them are similar, e.g. dancing clothes & dancing outfits, both displaying the same ad. One of them (say dancing clothes,) would not be showing (and has no average rank in the c.panel,) because the editorial team rejected it or the bid was too low.
If this was the case, you would be seeing your other keyword / ad online appearing when you type "dancing clothes" because it still contains "dancing" in it and you think it is your other non-validated ad which is showing.
I hope my explanation is not too confusing, it's still early in the morning, i get better as the day matures...

Re: My ads positions are not appearing in adwords panel
If you use the same keyword in 2 or more diferent adgroups, it can happen that it's showing your ads for 1 of the 2 and not for the other.
It is also possible that you have 2 keywords for example: green round widgets and another keyword : round widgets.
Now when you search for "green round widgets", it can happen that the actual keyword used is "round widgets" because of quality and bid reasons. If you put your mouse over the information button next to the keyword in Adwords, it will tell you if the keyword is shown or not.

Avg position details are located under each Campaign, not the Campaign Summary (if I understand you correctly, what you refer to as the 'control panel').
select:
Customize columns
These are some of the column options under the campaign level:
Ad Group Name Status Default Bid Clicks Impr. CTR Avg. CPC Cost Avg. Pos Conv. Rate Cost/Conv. Conversions
Good luck,
Danielle

That 2 or more keywords/phrase display the same ad is irrelevant; the control panel will still show separate results for each and every keyword/phrase.
And, if a given keyword/phrase were rejected for editorial reasons, it would have been deleted from the ad group and not even appear; if the bid is below the required minimum, it will show on the control panel as being Inactive.
Without more detailed information from the OP, it's difficult to know precisely what he's observing.

We need more information.
1) Do the keywords/phrases in question show a Status of Active or Paused?
2) Does each display the indicator that the Ad is Showing?
3) Are Impressions being displayed for each?
4) How are you determining what position your ads appear in?

But, yes, you're right; the OP may simply be looking in the wrong place.

These are answers for your questions
1) Do the keywords/phrases in question show a Status of Active or Paused?
Yeah keywords are active
2) Does each display the indicator that the Ad is Showing?
Yeah ad is showing
3) Are Impressions being displayed for each?
Impressions are not showing for some keywords and avg. position is also not appearing in my control panel. But those are displayed at first page
4) How are you determining what position your ads appear in?
I change my proxy settings in Browser to US and see the ads

You say that Impressions and Avg. Position are displayed on the "first page." The first page is not the correct one for viewing keyword/phrase level information, For that, you must go to Campaign Summary > Campaign Name > Ad Group Name.

This does not tell us precisely what you are doing in order to view your ad(s). We need to know the exact URL that you are using, along with the precise character string, including any punctuation, that you are entering into the search field.
Additionally, it would be most helpful if you were to provide a list of all the keywords in the Ad Group, along with which keyword option, broad, phrase or exact, that you've selected for each. You can do this easily by going to Campaign Summary > Campaign Name > Ad Group Name for the Ad Group in question, selecting all keywords by checking the box at the top of the Keyword column, and then clicking on the Edit Keywords link (not the "Edit Keyword Settings" button. This will give you a page which lists all of the keywords for the Ad Group, including the special punctuation marks used to denote which of the 3 options are assigned to each keyword and their bid amounts. Then, you simply copy & paste that panel into your response here.
