Default Swapping out Flash header for iPhone viewers?

I'm designing a website with a few flash elements, including the header on some pages.

Obviously, these won't show on the iPhone and similar devices. What I'd like is a piece of "magic code" to use so the flash elements get swapped out for static JPG or GIF images.

Is this possible, or just wishful thinking?

Flash 10.1 will work on the iPhone and will be released before the end of this year.

Thanks, I followed the links to this tutorial:

Providing alternative content for SWF files | Adobe Developer Connection

I'll try it out and report back.

Okay, I managed to make it work.

The adobe code did have a problem in firefox, safari, and chrome, though. I ended up with a space under my headers -- and my design needed elements to touch each other.

My hacky solution was to put a background image in the surrounding table. So now at least the space is filled in with a black image.

Try this:
Code:
<object data="/foo/foo.swf" id="foo_flash" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" title="foo title">
   <param name="movie" value="/foo/foo.swf" />
   <param name="bgcolor" value="#123456" />
   <img src="/pics/foo.jpg" id="foo_img" alt="foo title" />
</object>
