Need Help About Navigation in Movieclip

Hi Friends,

I have three buttons in navigation, home, services and client.
All content are within movie clips.
I need a way to fade out the current movieclip and then fade in a new movieclip which relates to whatever button was selected.

Possibly variable navigation? But I've had no luck with online guide. your answers'll be helpful.

Flash 8, AS2
