Default Creating Flash Banners - Which Tool To Use?
What tools and/or pieces of software, applications, websites, do you recommend for the creation of flash banners please and why?

Would you mind putting up all of your varied suggestions below, both free and paid packages? (Please state which if you would be so kind)

Flash.

If your going to invest your time learning new software. Go with the option that is the most versitile.

You'll thank yourself if you decide to get into larger Flash projects in the future.

Flash isn't that hard - esp. banners and the like.

Get a 30-day free trial at adobe.com.
