Action Script 3 question

I have a question regarding Action Script 3. I am a designer and not a programmer but I am working on a flash project that I need a small bit of code for. I am working on an animation which after it finishes playing I would like it to go to a new page without the viewer having to click on a forward button. Right now if I include the button the code for that would be

}
smblu15_btn.addEventListener(MouseEvent.CLICK,smbl u15Btn);

But I want the animation to stop at the end, pause for about two seconds and then automatically go to a new page. I am not a programmer and so even though flash does have action assist I really don't even know what to look for. Please help, thanks, david.
