I need to find out from anyone who might have worked on something similar to this.

I want to dynamically add pictures to a photos blog (Latest Members) on a website. The new thumbnails should automatically pull the description of the newly added picture only when you mouseOver within the thumbnail boundaries. The pop-up will pull this info from a database.

Are there any examples anyone might have seen or tutorials to that kind. I will very much appreciate the help.

I am not sure it is exactly what you had in mind, but your question reminded me of a script I tried a while back that I thought was excellent for creating dynamic photo albums.

It may feature what you need to do, which might save time. It definitely includes dynamic description fields for descriptions and you could make them show/hide on image rollover, using css in the page design such as at

tx, this is more in line. I have picked up a few ulr's from one of your links that may also be helpful. I am thinking more on mousing over then drawing a box that should pull info from the database. Its more like a square speech bubble if you like.
