For some reason.. when I visit sites that have an auto detect for Flash 6 and below I get kicked to macromedia's site to download the latest flash player.
Is anyone else having this problem with the new flash player?

hey jp--
that is exactly the reason why i stopped using mm tester kit---and never recommend it to anyone... it fails to work about 15% of the time and strands user in and endless loop of re-directs to mm dload flash player page-- i think a much better idea is to create a 10pixelX10pixel swf-6 on intropage and physically ask if viewr can see animation----if not then we just put a href to mmdload cheers! I am now using Flash MX 2004 and it automatically creates the pretest(verification) and alternate pages. (I am not sure if MX did it or not, I don't remember) But when testing even with T-1 connections, it still would not run through to the animation page from pretest. I don't know if there is a glitch with the macromedia site, or the script. Any info would be good.

computermark,
I can access your site. I can also access all your folders as well. You may want to secure your folders so people can't get hold of your files.
