Is there a Royalty Free Flash Games Site out there?

Hi

I am just about to land a deal with a food company who wants to create a site for 4-10 year olds using their cartoon characters.

Each cartoon character is going to have a simple game to play. My question is: Is there a royalty-free Flash games website, that offers simple Flash Games that can be used (like you get images from iStockPhoto.com)? Furthermore, is there a reputable one and what are their rates like?

Any help will be gratefully received.
