Default For Seo purpous how effective the flash is?

Friend, I am new to here and I have a very important question for you all. From many people I heard that Google boat can't scroll flase {*.swf} files. In this situation Google can't see the content inside the flash file. and fully flash enabled websites are very hard to optimize. so some one plz tell me that is it a truth or is it a reality? and if google can't see inside the file. then how do I optimize my flash enabled site?

That is totally true. Google doesn't index the content inside of a flash file. Then again, I don't see anything inside of a flash file most of the time, either. Flash really slows down my system, so I disable it.

Now, if you really want to optimize a flash site, you've got a few options.

First, use flash sparingly for headers / banners.

Second option, do a detection routine in JavaScript for flash and then show the flash content.

Third option, create an HTML version of the pages and create some links to them.

Fourth option, forget it and just start getting more links than Google can possibly ignore. If you get a few hundred thousand, the flash should rank for the anchor text.

The best answer, IMO, would be either 1 or 2, preferably 1.

Brian.
