Resolution compatible Flash site

Hi all

My client is asking for a flash site like this (http://www.minus.dk/).He wants the flash would be resolution compatible in 1024*768 / 800*600.The above mention site is resolution compatible.

Is there anyone out there who can help me to creat resolution compatible flash site? Please help me
