importing video in flash

importing video in flash

hi everybody,

i have a problem with flash, whenever i import a video file in flash, it will loose its quality.

While importing, i selected encoding profile to High Quality 900Kbps and even though its loosing its quality.. ;(

any ideas or suggestions to import crystal clear videos??
