Default Double click to link?

Hi. I'm new to Flash and I'm having trouble with linking. The site I'm working on is www.gymflesh.com. I created a simple animation for the home page that will link to another page on the site. And it does work but for some reason when you click on it the first time it doesn't do anything.

What am I doing wrong?

Thanks in advance for your help.

I am assuming you are using internet explorer. It does that for copyright reasons. If you want to learn more about why it does that just do a google search.

If you want to fix it go here: http://blog.deconcept.com/swfobject/

By using javascript it forgos the copyright problems.

For some reason Internet Explorer doesn't have permission to display flash content without asking you first but Javascript does.

Thanks for the quick reply! I figured it was something quirky with IE because it's fine in FF.

No problem, you'll find that using this javascript code to insert flash files is better in other ways as well.
