Flash for just the sake of it or Flash that could easily be done in CSS. Flash is great for getting over a message or tutorial or giving that extra feel but there are times when HTML can do as good a job for what you are trying to achieve.

Herbal Essences(shampoo products) has a pretty good site. Might not be anything you guys are interested in, but still a good site in my opinion. :)
