It appears to be a well thought out and well developed site. Congrats. My only comment would be that you could cheer it up a little by setting teh background colour on the sub pages to more than just the pale blue or pale green i saw.
Perhaps you could have the hover colour of each link match the bg colour of the subsequent page?
Would be nice for instance under About Us you have four pages so have pale green, pale pink, pale blue, pale purple.
The same for the other sections where there are sub pages.
Anyway, nice site as I said.
