Okay, ..."wmode" ..."transparent" takes care of this problem in IE - but in firefox our dropdown menus go underneath the flash sub-header directly below the horizontal menu.
I'm not going to redo the menu in flash, and Z-index doesn't help - I've set the thing to 1000 for the menus but flash seems to automatically generate a z-index of +1 for anything above it. Could I have our designers export the flash differently? Even embedding the flash with javascript doesn't work. Any suggestion would be very very helpful!! |
