Default Shorter Loading Time

Hello,
I have just uploaded the new site that i made for my company. Some people say that the front flash page is too big. I have tried to make it smaller at the cost of loosing picture quality. Can anybody tell me what the best format for pictures is?

The site: www.cbr-sme.com

Thanks Richard
PS: Any other thoughts regardign the Site are greatly appriciated!

Well that all depends on the project.

Something aside from the pictures that you may want to take a look at is pulling the SWF apart and making seprate movies.

When you click on a section it loads a sub section. These are all in the main SWF correct?

You could use the Load/Unload movie commands and put each one in a seprate SWF to help pull down the initial file size.
