Default Scaling SWF files??

I tried learning to use Flash MX but I work such very long hours and am just too old and lazy to struggle through it because it seems not intuative at all.

I needed animated banners for my seb site and discovered the new Keynote software from Apple can save as Flash (and Quicktime, and as images, as Powerpoint file, etc)

I was able to creat some great flash banners in just a few minutes but... The minimum page size is about 4X the size I want. I can scale them easily on the page with HTML but would really like to be able to scale the file to the correct size.

Can anyone suggest how I can scale and re-save the SWF files?

Also a strange thing I dont understand. If I pre-prepare 3 or 4 images that are the size of the final banner (120x60 pixels) they are about 4kb each but including them in the flash banners makes it bloat to over 200Kb. This maybe a Keynote problem rather than a Flash problem.
