I believe that Google is able to index flash files and is able to follow links what are within SWF files... not 100% sure, however. An idea would be to put links (regular HTML) on the bottom of your page (below flash) so that robots could follow them to other pages.
For example (sorry about the bad illustration): -------------------------------- | | Flash Content | -------------------------------- Home | Link1 | Link2 | Link3 | Site Map| Another Link | ETC...| Hope that makes sense...
