Can I hide a flash animation until it's loaded?

Can I hide a flash animation until it's loaded?

Hi.

I have a flash file only as a swf and I want it to be hidden while it is loading and appear say after 10 seconds. Is there a way of hiding it? Could I used CSS/Javascript to put an image over it or some kind of thing on top of it?

I know this is an unusual thing to want to do, but the Flash File contains some advert while loading up which I don't want to be viewed.
