Uploading to a web page

i have recently finished my first flash animation for an all flash website, however i only have a basic knowledge of html/web design etc.

Can someone please tell me how to upload a flash file to my website. Any additional help would also be very appreciated

If you're just talking about getting the file to your directory on the server, then you can just ftp the file like you would any other file... there are several ftp programs you can use... check out download.com and swipe one from there. You can also always use the command line (non gui) way... ie DOS or Unix commands if you really feel like it.
