customer go for name not for real quality

Although we have earned a good name for top quality inspection of industrial equipment inspection like,Cranes,heat exchangers,pressure vessels,gearboxes,kilns,stacker reclaimer,control panels,Crds,and various equipment of steel,cement,power,petrochemical,sponge iron plants and inspection of Rly.wagons,Containers.We bet that we are one of the best.But it is regretted that customers only go for names and not for qualty inspection.
How do we motivate the customers

OK, well there is not really a way of getting customers to choose your company, you need to do loads of advertising and promote your company, other than that I can't really think of a way,

Name recognition is huge. That's what separates out McDonald's from Joe Blow's Hamburgers. Joe's burgers may be better, but McDonald's got the golden arches, Grimmace and most importantly name recognition.

From the sound of it you're just starting off... build a very personable relationship with your current clients and word of mouth does wonders... plus it's free.
