Simple Flash Random Audio Clip Thingy

Hi all,

I am looking to incorporate a simple random audio clip generator in flash on my web site. I like the look of the one on the GSMD web site- www.gsmd.ac.uk as it is simple and gives the track name. However, it does not seem to be random. Anyone know of a good one I can get off the web? I am completely new to flash, and I don't even know where to start!

We will have about 60 audio clips in windows media player streaming format (asf) is it possible for flash to use those files or does the format have to be MP3?

Check tutorial sites like www.flashkit.com and www.kirupa.com. You can also use the search term Audio Flash Tutorial in google and Yahoo for different results.

You could create a small movie clip for each audio file and then have a random movie clip generator working (which would probably be easier to find). Personally I think a little actionscript research on your part will be your best bet.
