Merchant accounts - Ireland banks

I currently have PayPal on my sites - I moved from USA to Ireland and want all business to be related to living in Ireland. At present PayPal can't deposit yet into an Irish Bank.

I have looked into others such as 2checkout says they will mail me checks for free, etc..
The $ vs the euro ! costs me a lot to take my euro out from my usa bank!

I see most all sites sell in dollars all over the world - so how are they getting the curency into their banks where they live?

Any ideas on 3rd party merchant accounts that don't charge a lot and mthly/ann. fees that also make it simple to place the buy and shopping cart buttons on your sites???
