Anyone using MS WSE 1.0 & concerned about Clause #6

I made a decision & let my programmers use MS WSE 1.0. This Web Services Enhancements -WSE 1.0 is a standard between MS & IBM (from my understanding) for machine to machine communication.

In installing WSE 1.0 locally from http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/d...displaylang=en the download button I find
"6. NO RENTAL/COMMERCIAL HOSTING. You may not rent, lease, lend, or provide commercial hosting services with the Software"

Do they intend that to mean that you have to a big enough company to have your own T1 line & your local server and YOU can not sell a product with web hosting that uses WSE 1.0???? And or do they want you to buy there services from bCentral if you are not big enough?
