Can Your E-Commerce Cart Do This?

So, this is a discussion that branches off of my discussion of folks that know the digishop system. I wanted to see if anyone is familiar with a cart that can answer the following needs.

1. CSS Template Design / XHTML Compliant
2. Proper SEO Capabilities - Including the ability to edit all meta tags on all pages, and proper URL structure.
3. Ability to manage inventory by attribute for apparel.
4. Ability to suggest add-on items when a particular item is added to the cart.
5. Direct Integration with Quickbooks.
6. Direct Integration with USPS shipping.
7. Direct Integration to use Authorize.net
8. Ability to have various levels of customers that receive various price levels / discounts.
9. Ability to Designate Wholesale Customers as Tax-Free
10. Ability to Offer Discounts On-Demand to Potential Cart Abandonees.
11. Gift Certificate Capabilities
12. Flat Content Pages with Live Linking Ability
13. One Page Checkout
14. Integrated Blogging System
15. Automatic Sitemap Generator
16. Automatic Pinging of Search Engines and Various Social Networking Sites Similar to Wordpress
17. Online Status for Customers Orders Including Tracking Information
18. Product Reviews By Visitors
19. Wishlist / Gift Registry

These are the barebones minimums that we need, and some of these features have some very specific needs associated with them. Of course, I'm thinking I won't be able to find a cart that can do these things for under $1,000.00. And perhaps, I'm being way too picky for the money I want to spend. I am not worried about integration, or design, or any of those things, I can handle that. I am only looking for the full cart that I can work with.

Lets see what's out there folks. Also, I am not looking for OpenSource projects that don't have some solid level of support behind them. I'm also looking for a company with a solid reputation and a great support team. I don't want to have to buy module after module to get the features I want. But I'm looking for the best solution available.

Sorry, I forgot to mention, I want a cart that I own. Not a hosted solution from another organization. I want to own the software outright as I'd like to be able to do with it as I wish.
