Default Paypal & Unsafe Browser Issue

In recent times , Paypal has said it will block "unsafe browsers" from using its service as part of wider anti-phishing efforts.

Well this will surely reduce the phishing of accounts and I think Paypal has really taken the right decision because the web now really needs to be secured. But what do they mean by unsafe browsers?I think they are talking about some old browsers like Internet Explorer( 3 or 4-which still lacks many of the safety and security features needed to protect users from phishing) which is still used by some people.

Do you know anything about this or have you heard anything on this? Please share your comments and views and help us know more about this issue.

I agree with you...it must be the old browsers...can't think of an updated browser that doesn't have safety and security features needed to protect users from phishing.
