Need Email on Sale Script

When my website makes a sale, it takes the customer to PayPal for processing and then back to a thank you page on my site. What I am looking for is a way to email my cell phone when that thank you page comes up so I know a sale has been made and I can contact the customer.

I don't think I can run a Perl script but Java or ASP would be good.
