Need help with convertion

Hi everyone, i'm new here.

I need help with convertion.

The traffic i have is mostly from PPC campaign, others i'm not sure how effective they're -- some like from Flickr, ThisNext, etc...

Now do I convert this click PPC to sale???

Can anybody care to review my jewellery site?

It's at Wendy's Jewellery

I'm still redesgining my website on continual basis.

Tell me where i need to make changes.
